2.2 Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, the decoration craftmust be unused and in its original condition, including intact packaging. Please ensure any accompanying accessories or additional items are also returned.
2.3 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned decoration craft , we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized duffle bag are non-returnable, and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used decoration craft .
2.5 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage.
